Vineyard Cabin

Our 21st century lives demand a reboot every now and then. Come and join us here on our North Norfolk farm and allow yourself some well earned time to absorb the tranquility and nature that will surround you here at Vineyard Cabin Retreat.

So why not treat you and a loved with the sounds of nature and the silence of seclusion. The Cabin will provide you with all you need to enjoy the modern comforts of your home but with views across the Vineyard, the meadows, the orchard and wildlife pond. Mornings will not be beaten once you’ve sipped your first freshly ground coffee and tasted a locally produced cooked egg, whilst the sun rises over the vineyard before you (only a handful of the 900 or so UK vineyards offer a chance to stay next to the actual vineyard – so come grab the chance).

Evenings can be wiled away with a variety of choices: you could strike up the wood fired Hot tub and watch the sun set over the vineyard as the warm water soaks away the odd ache and pain; or you could take a gorgeous walk through the labyrinth of grassy pathways here on the farm; or you could even enjoy a grilled meat favourite on the open campfire, or even just cuddle up under the veranda as the rain pitter patters on the tin roof above. If you prefer, the living room will deliver similar delights as the Hobbit log burning stove will soon warm your toes and with a choice of traditional board games like Scrabble and Chess, let the competition begin.

Sustainability is extremely important to us here at Poplar Farm. We deploy regenerative agricultural techniques in the vineyard, we buy locally sourced logs and foods and our solar generation provides all the electricity we need to be net zero. For those with an EV then we have a fast charging point (additional charges apply).

In this part of the UK Norfolk is famous for it’s uninterrupted skies. The Cabin will deliver on all fronts: whether it be for those amazing sun rises and sunsets or witnessing the wonders of the glorious Milky Way and even the Northern lights during the winter months. If you need to explore away from the farm then there’s miles of Norfolk beaches within 5 minutes drive, a nearby lovely village (with all the usual essential shops) and the Norfolk Broads National Park surrounds us (an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and wildlife haven) and of course some traditional seaside resorts within easy reach.

Please do not take our word for it though (we are possibly biased) – our many previous guests have been fabulous and have written a plethora of super reviews and many are returning soon. We very much look forward to seeing more satisfied guests in 2025 and onwards.
