Shops nearby in the small town of Stalham is only 1.5 miles away.

A good sized Tesco can be visited or they deliver to the farm at the usual mutually agreeable timeslot once you have arrived. 

Stalham also has a vibrant high street where you will find all the usual shops – Cawdrons the butchers & convenience store, Boots the chemist, 3 nice local pubs, antique shops and a number of takeaway places, plus much more.

The Swan at Ingham (4 miles) – an award-winning restaurant offering fine dining in a relaxed, show-stopping setting and takes great pride in bringing dishes together that embrace every season.

The Star at Lessingham (3 miles) – a cosy traditional pub with a large garden serving delicious pub food.

The Gunton Arms (13 miles) – highly recommended by your hosts, their food is made using local ingredients and seasonal produce. Venison from the deer park and beef from the local herd at Blickling. They are also known for their seafood, mussels and Cromer crab caught by local fishermen.

The Labone Indian restaurant (6 miles) – serving delicious classic and contemporary Indian food.

Broadland Fish and Chip Shop at Stalham (2 miles) – fresh fish that day and chips to never forget. A favourite of your hosts.
